Er. Piyush Bongirwar
Director
Mr. Piyush Bongirwar is a professional Engineer / Entrepreneur with Master’s degree in Management, having vast experience over 25 years in the infrastructure and Real Estate development projects, especially in Special Township Sector (STP). He has also co‐promoted many projects and has extensive experience in government liaisoning and approval process i.e. land use conversion, Environmental Clearances, Town Planning and Municipal approvals etc. He comes from a family of highly distinguished bureaucrats. He has successfully started and spun off entities like Chetak Plasto Electric Private Ltd., JVS Foods, Chetak Infrastructure Private Ltd., Palm Groove Developer, Palm Realty LLP etc.
